The Picnic in the Park weekend was a great success, even the weather behaved (mostly!). On Saturday afternoon there were bouncy castles and team games, music from Vine FM and entertainment from Slice Innovations. This was followed by a free barbecue and in the evening we had music from three local Christian bands, Released, Rubber Tree Plant and X-it. On Sunday morning we held a worship service in the park. We only got slightly damp towards the end, it was amazing how many people we could fit under the Front of House PA tent!
