Hope in a time
of grief

If you have recently been bereaved or facing the death of a loved one - please accept our sympathy and concern.

A Christian funeral offers the chance to give thanks for the life of a loved one and entrust them to God, in the context of the Bible's hope, even in the face of death. Jesus held out the hope in these words:

'I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die.'

(The Bible, John chapter 11 verses 25-26)

The Church of England funeral service has a form and pattern, within which there is space for personal tributes, your own hymn selection and music choices. Services can be conducted in Church, at a crematorium or even at the graveside. In preparation, we will talk through the service and choices.

You can arrange a service with us through any funeral director in Hinckley - but if you would prefer to talk to us in person beforehand, or perhaps are thinking about your options for the future, then please don't hesitate to get in touch.
